I've been having so much fun embossing lately, I wanted to try a little different technique on this card. The floral images were stamped using classic ink; the flower centers were colored in using an Aqua Painter; and finally the entire image was covered with VersaMark ink, followed by a layer of clear embossing powder and heat set. The result is super glossy flower images that really stand out!
The Fabulous Florets stamp set, making its debut in the Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog, is really beautiful and quite versatile. The possibilities are endless once you start to play around with those rubber stamps!
(Hmmm ... I've been away a few days and it appears Blogger has been completely redesigned!? What in the ... How in the heck do I ... Thanks for the warning, guys. Oh ... and could you get those pesky glitches fixed? K THXS)
Only a few more days until the Stampin' Up! Convention in Salt Lake City - I can't wait! Woo Hoo!!!
Hope your weekend has lots of "shine".
