One of the special evening events at the Stampin' Up! Convention last month was the Hispanic Night Event led by Sandra Manwill, Hispanic Market Manager for the company. This was a fun and informative event (with a large turnout!), focused on Hispanic Culture, numerous project ideas and techniques presented by Stampin' Up! demonstrators, and our cute make and take project - a Quinceañera Princess Party Bag.
- Stampin' Up! offers a selection of their rubber stamps in Spanish, French, and German as designated in each catalog.
- Celebrando Creatividad, Stampin' Up!'s special Spanish-language supplemental catalog, features full size artwork of the many stamp sets, in addition to gorgeous color photography of beautiful sample ideas. To view Celebrando Creatividad online GO HERE.
For our party bag make & take (fit for any princess), we used the Quinceañera stamp set.
The bag is cleverly created from a single piece of card stock and this project also features paper-piecing on the dress, lots of bling thanks to Silver Glimmer Paper, Dazzling Details and Rhinestone Basic Jewels, plus the Apothecary Accents Framelits Die and coordinated paper-piercing using the new Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack.
I loved all the little details on this project that add up to a real WOW. Speaking of wow, did I mention we got to keep that darling stamp set?! Yay! And thank you Stampin' Up!
