For a quick and fun Valentine treat holder you can't go wrong with the Mini Milk Carton. It's so versatile - just dress it up for the occasion and boom ... instant treat holder, party favor, decoration, centerpiece, you name it.
I decided to make my milk carton in non-traditional Valentine colors just for fun. I really wanted to use the luscious patterned paper from the Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper collection - a free Sale-a-bration gift.
The "love you" sentiment in the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set (along with the Bitty Banner Framelits) is the perfect size banner across the hearts. The hearts themselves are stamped using the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and the coordinating Hearts a Flutter framelit dies. The milk carton pour spout is held closed with a heart shaped clip (so cute!) from the Cute Clips - Elements collection. The collection also includes a little bird shape and tiny whale shaped clips!
Did you notice? I had much better light today and decided to quickly re-shoot photos of my mini milk carton for this post. Did you notice my mad photo styling skills? You know ... with the piece of candy upside down? Hahahahaha. I'm sure they'll be knocking my door down to hire me at the big magazines any day now. Let's all just focus on the cute mini milk carton, shall we?
