That's the Ticket ... A Stamping Party!

Remember the beautiful cards I showed you (here and here) from our team shoebox swap during the Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference in Orlando?  We weren't done yet! After the Saturday closing session, some of the group and I made a dash up the road to my house for an overnight stamping party.

After a quick dinner and lots of chatting, we got to work on our second shoebox swap of the week. What a fun time we had! Lots of giggles and major creativity took place with nothing but a lazy Sunday morning ahead of us.

Stampin' Up! Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper + Ribbon & Button Pack

The strip of patterned paper defines the color scheme and it's a terrific way to use those leftover scraps. Simply choose three colors from the paper to use as accents and your card is practically made for you! Sale-a-bration Alert: The stamp set, patterned paper, and ribbon are all (free!) Sale-a-bration gifts with a qualifying order.

Stampin' Up! Secret Garden Stamp Set + Coordinating Framelit Dies
Created by Maria Lema
This beauty takes patterned paper to new levels. The Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack gave us gorgeous options for coordinating papers. The sentiment really pops thanks to lots of white space and the faux framing created using the Labels Collection Framelits.

Stampin' Up! Secret Garden Stamp Set paper flower idea

The flower is created by stamping a flower image (from the Secret Garden stamp set) numerous times on patterned paper and cutting out two bottom layers, and one each of the middle and top layers. The layers are scrunched up, smoothed out, and adhered together using Stampin' Dimensionals.  So pretty!

Stamps: Secret Garden, Trust God
Paper: Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack (4-1/2" x 6-1/2" Pad)
Tools: Big Shot, Secret Garden Framelit Dies, Labels Collection Framelit Dies

Aren't these all wonderful ideas? And easy to duplicate too.

Please, sir ... may I have more?
Name that book/movie/commercial for bonus points. Okay, there are no bonus points - it's just for fun. But still ...

If you are wishing for a little more, you're in luck. But you'll have to come back tomorrow. Hee!

To be continued . . .
