Have you seen the new Mosaic Madness stamp set from Stampin' Up!? It's a versatile (and large) set with 11 quatrefoil design images to mix and match to your hearts content. The fun doesn't stop there! The stamp set has a coordinating Mosaic Punch and Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder.
After seeing a few punched images turned into flowers, I set out to create my own version and this is the result - a gorgeous Mosaic Madness Flower Blossom! I used this card for a group project at convention and I think it was a hit.
I paired the punched images with two die-cut layers using the Floral Frames Collection Framelits. Each layer is stamped with an image from the Mosaic Madness stamp set.
After I created the first one, I couldn't wait to try it with more color combinations. (Read: I couldn't stop making these blossoms!)
Bermuda Bay/Coastal CabanaOn this one, I used an image from the Lacy & Lovely stamp set for the top flower layer.
Elegant Eggplant/Wisteria Wonder
Smoky Slate/Strawberry Slush
As usual, the supply list for today's card is below, but if you'd like to see how to make this beautiful flower blossom (including a trick or two), be sure to come back tomorrow for a mini tutorial.
