In addition to telling Mom how much we love her, it's always nice to also say thank you for all the little things she does (and the big things too!). This card, featuring the Hello Lovely stamp set, should do the job nicely this Mother's Day.
I borrowed a fabulous card design from the Stampin' Up! Catalog (page 125) as my starting point and made just a few changes to incorporate a Mother's Day theme.
The Notable Alphabet stamp set allows you to create customized greetings for cards and titles for scrapbook pages - all with a bit of whimsy.
Need a tiny heart shape? Borrow a mini heart from the cute Owl Builder Punch. The larger hearts were cut using heart punches and framelit dies.
Give your backgrounds a little pizzazz! The Arrows Embossing Folder ties in great with banner shapes and gives the "white space" interesting texture, yet blends in nicely.
Of course Mom deserves a little bling! Silver Glimmer Paper and Rhinestone Basic Jewels add just the right amount of sparkle to make this card shine bright like a diamond.
Try getting that song out of your head now.
Note: All three stamp sets used on this card are retiring, but were still available at the time of this writing. Stamps sets are selling out quickly - order now to avoid disappointment!
