Tag a Bag Gift Box Dressed Up For Christmas

Treat gift box decorated for Christmas #papercrafts #StampinUp #Stampingville

Look what I got! We had a Stampin' Up! team gathering recently and my sweet friend (and upline) Debbie made one of these for each of us. Not only is it adorable, but it's filled with gourmet popcorn drizzled with white and dark chocolate. Yummy!

There must be a million and one ways to dress up the Tag a Bag Gift Boxes. You can simply tie some pretty ribbon around the box and be done. Add a simple tag using a mini clothespin or baker's twine to attach the tag to the ribbon. For quick layered tags, go for the Tag a Bag Accessory Kit to create 10 coordinated tags for any occasion.

Or go all out (like Debbie did here) and create your own tags or accessories using your paper-crafting supplies. Notice the dwindling popcorn in this photo? Mmmmmm. Good.

This project includes a simple "belly band" of cardstock and patterned paper that easily slides right off the box. The stamped "for you" greeting is cropped using a small scallop circle punch and layered onto a larger cardstock scallop circle.

For the big wow, Garden Green cardstock is die-cut using the Gift Bow Bigz Die and then embossed with two coordinating embossing folders. This bow is even tied with real ribbon! Check out the Real Red Satin Woven Ribbon in place of the normal cardstock piece the die creates.

I love this dressed-up-for-Christmas Gift Box. And using this same idea, but changing out the colors, this gift box can be given any time of year, for any occasion.

I have to say ... I loved that delicious popcorn too. Maybe Santa will bring me some more for Christmas!
